Miscellanea

I have interests in the paranormal beyond just telling ghost stories and researching the history behind them.  Here are links to some of my other projects and websites that I find interesting.

Paranormal Research

Columbus Landmarks Foundation’s Ghost Tours -  I am one of the story tellers for these tours every year.  Keep your eyes out for the little redhead at the Kelton House Museum & Garden.  Columbus Landmarks Foundation has been doing these tours for over 25 years and they have an in-depth knowledge of the history behind the hauntings.

EverythingParanormal.net - They are trying to provide links to everything you can think of pertaining to the paranormal, including events, tv shows, interviews, books, forums, and more.

Ghost Box Communication - A few years ago when Radio Shack hack ghost boxes first came out, I thought that they were nonsense, but decided to give them a try, anyway.  Boy, was I surprised by the results!  Eventually, I hope to get the mp3 files from my experiments posted, too.  The ones where I got responses in Chinese blew me away.

A Haunted History of Columbus, Ohio - I wrote this book, but since I can't seem to stop writing and had a lot of thoughts about related topics, I also started a blog for it.  A few dozen blog postings later, I figured that I had better create an organized guide to the blog posts, too.  Adobe Dreamweaver and I do not get along too well, so the latter still has some formatting issues.

The History Press - My publisher.  They have a lot of books on hauntings in their Haunted America series that are well worth checking  out.

Paranormal Analysis and Research Association (P.A.R.A.) - One of the paranormal investigation groups that I am a member of.

Ramsey Electronics - If you are interested in making your own paranormal research equipment, this is the place to go.  Even though I have no background in electronics, I was able to make a negative ion generator, and trifield meter using their kits.  They also have one for ir lights.  If you want to make the negative ion generator, you will also need to get a project box from Radio Shack to enclose it for safety purposes.  Drill a bunch of holes in that for ventilation.

R.I.P. Columbus - the other of my paranormal investigation groups.  Technically, I am the leader of this one - scary thought!

United Paranormal Project - a group out of Central Ohio that I have a lot of respect for.  They manage  investigations at the Twin City Opera House and Bryn Du Mansion, organize a yearly paranormal conference, and host a radio show on BlogTalk Radio.  It is nice to see a group that works so well with others.

Paranormal Themed T-Shirts

Eerie Canal Zazzle Store - This is what happens when I get bored and play with my photography and graphics programs.  Now if only I could figure out how to get some place to print things for me in glow-in-the-dark ink.

Reincarnation

Historical Figures Reincarnated - This is a site put together by my research partner Jessica Jewett and me .  The focus is on the reincarnation of famous people, since there is more documentation on them.  Aside from the case studies, there is a lot of information on reincarnation in general.
